Monitoring Assessors: By ensuring that assessors are conducting assessments fairly, consistently, and in line with the required standards.
By monitoring standardisation: By implementing standardisation activities to ensure consistency in assessment decisions across different assessors and learners.
Also offering Feedback and Support: Encouraging and providing more constructive feedback and support to your assessors to help them improve their assessment practices.
The Quality Assurance: Teaching the ability to conduct the internal quality assurance activities, such as sampling assessment decisions, observing assessments, and reviewing assessment records.
Compliance: Through guidance and ensuring that the organisation complies with relevant regulations, standards, and awarding body requirements.
How the Course Runs:
Once payment is made, you will gain access to the portal straight away and start your course work, once completed we will book you some shadowing sessions and you are also required to have are 2 x assessors’ that work with 2 x learners each.

There must be evidence of the IQA monitoring a minimum of two (2) assessors each with a minimum of two (2)
learners of their own through components of a qualification
